About Petals & Grumleys.

Petals is an award-winning international network of florists that commenced trading in Australia in 1992. Petals prides itself on a record of technology innovation and our ability to provide our florists with as many profitably, trouble free orders as possible. 

Since Petals started in 1992 it has evolved to have it's own network of florists in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand and partner networks in over 70 countries around the world. Petals currently has approximately 1000 members in Australia, which equates into 38% of all Australian florists, and currently has around 16% of all florists in the United Kingdom. This means that when sending your orders through Petals you can be assured that the order will be filled by a qualified local florists. 

With the advantages of having our own network in more than one country we are able to send orders same day delivery to United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand and next day delivery to over 70 countries around the world.

Petals has been quite successful in providing a service to our member florists and to our mutual consumer-customers.

After trading in flowers for 15 years Petals branched out and Grumleys Gift Network was born. There was a need in the market that was not being fulfilled by the current suppliers, the same day gift market. As flowers generally appeal to women aged 14 years and over, there was not a-lot of product suitable for Men and Children especially in the same day market.

To combat this Petals set about contacting specialist gift suppliers throughout Australia and established a network of these suppliers, enabling same day delivery throughout the capital cities of Australia as well as a next day service to the rest of Australia.

Not only does Grumleys have gifts but it also has a personal shopping service  for time and idea challenged customers, gift vouchers for those who cant decide what they want to send and a unique gift directory, allowing customers to see what sorts of gifts are available in the recipients location.
